Good shop – clean and tidy with helpful staff. Not a huge range of girls’ shoes or boots, but they do have some really cute ones. Worth a quick look if you're nearby.
Very disappointed by a female member of staff who couldn't be bothered to check in the storeroom for my size of shoe. I came back the next day and I received excellent service from a young man who searched and found my size. I thank him for his efforts but unfortunately it shouldn't have taken 2 visits.
I got 2 pairs of sandals from there Warrington store at golden square , unfortunately it was uncomfortable for my kids, I have to return it not up to 24hours but they refused to accept it, sandals still in good conditions and also got the receipt of payment. And the other time I got a shoe for my son it quite expensive but not worth it, because it didn’t last for 2months before it worn out. My experience with them doesn’t worth patronising them again.
I have visited the store twice this week for different things. All staff that I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. Such a lovely shop to shop in

Normally good, but today absolutely atrocious. Trying to get staffs attention or any help whatsoever is like finding a needle in a haystack. No one customer facing, I'm trying to figure out the foot measure and clearly distressed ( a member of staff) within a meter distance of me just blindly facing up/merchandising with not a care in the world - staff need to be more attentive. Plus not much choice in size for young children going back to school everything is either size2 + or smaller than a 13!! Unless you want to pay alot more and if your on a budget it's unacceptable.
Called here to get my eldest some steal toe shoes for work the staff was very helpful as my youngest got some shoes for her birthday the girl put in a machine to water proof them for 6 month for just over £3 i got my son some slippers very pleasant staff & shop
