   The manager of this store is absolutely a joke and very rude as well they've ordered a pairs of shos for on sale day which is £79 for air jordan i try to pay before arrive he said to me pay on 2nd of December this morning Monday when go there he said you have to pay £134.99 Not happy about his service

   Manager at this shop lied yes 'lied' to footlocker customer care team that I didn't bring original shoe box for return. It is as if it was his own personal loss or profit in accepting returns. Because of this outlet I had to lose 110 pound. This is outrageous. I never seen so horrible shoppers in entire Warrington ever ! It never happens like this. I am feeling insulted and cheated both at once. At least I will ensure I will never buy anything from here and if I one day manage shop ..I will never behave like this.

   Footlocker Warrington does not have the best selection but it has the best service I have ever had in any place I have been! Adam runs the shop so well and makes every customer feel special and he also know everything to know about what ever brand it is you desire

   I did give them a 3 but changed it as I don't appreciate my review being moderated to suit there website. it was a truthful review and they didn't like it so they thought it was acceptable to change it..my trainers arrived scuffed and with mud on them they where not brand new. The person who dealt with my issue in the beginning at customer service on the phone at the main place was arrogant and very dismissive. I decided to go to warrington store to get them to deal with it and the girls where great they where so nice and sorted it straight away...but I'm still waiting for an apology or some sort of compensation due to my issue. Will buy from these again I'm not gonna say I'll go else where because I love trainers and its not the products fault that the staff (some not all) aren't competent enough to give good customer services..
