Staff are always seen on their mobile phones and seem annoyed when asked questions. Also, staff should be giving customers their full change, even if it is 1p. When questioned about it, there was no need to lie about the change going to charity.
I went into store this afternoon and liked an outfit on the mannequin at the back of the shop on display near the checkout, I asked if they have anymore pieces of the same one to which the lady with the glasses responded that they had sold out. I then came back into the store and asked if I could have the last piece on the mannequin to which the same lady responded with they cannot do that. It’s is up to the manager.
Been here a few times with the wife, and she always finds something to buy. Staff are really friendly and helpful, and prices are very good. It’s in a very good location with parking close by.
This shop has the most exquisite modest wear for an affordable price. Very good quality materials and excellent customer service ! I couldn’t be happier with my abayas. They have such a vast range of hijab colours and materials: perfect to match outfits!! I would definitely return.
I just purchased a few things.. The Brother helped put my items in the white bag but when I got home I was missing my pins. There is no contact number...as I don't have the time to go back to town now.
