   Ordered for delivery over the phone at a time to suit us, lovely friendly lady took the order also reading back to me my requests with a price for my order to be collected on delivery at my suited time. Friendly Delivery Driver arrived bang on allotted time with piping hot meal, Aromatic Duck, A nice selection box of mixed starter accompliments, Beef curry with fried rice and the obligatory prawn crackers, Really enjoyed our feast of Gorgeous Chinese Quisine ( Great portion sizes too ) A Massive Thankyou to all at Golden Dragon and will Deffo be reordering.

   Very rude, no people skills. Food was shocking, the only thing which was okay was the salt and pepper chicken. Also expensive for the quality.

   As our usual Chinese takeaway was closed on a Monday evening, we decided to try Golden Dragon. I arrived shortly after opening time when there were no customers in the shop, although I could hear that they were sorting out a telephone order while I waited. The lady who served me was friendly, confirming my order back to me - Salt and Pepper Chicken with a portion of Chips, Shredded Chilli Beef with Boiled Rice and a General Tso Chicken with a portion of chips. I didn't precisely note how long the order took, other than I arrived soon after opening and made my way home around 17:45. During that time, two other customers came in several minutes after me and received their orders several minutes before I received mine. Prices were more expensive than our usual takeaway, although the portions were generous, so justified the higher price. My daughter had the Salt and Pepper Chicken and I had the General Tso, which we both thought was delicious. My wife had the shredded Chilli Beef, which she found tasted only of chilli and very little else, so she wasn't happy and did not enjoy her food. Despite the wait for our food, I would certainly order again if at home on my own. This is the second time my wife has tried Golden Dragon and disliked it, preferring to stick to our usual takeaway instead.

   Tried to call & sort the issue out. Clearly there is not enough meat in this dish. Did not try to resolve. We are in the food industry & that’s why we tried to sort it with you before having to type a message like this. Customer isn’t always right but you need to listen

   Absolutely love this Chinese! Myself and my partner had used another Chinese for years, as we were very happy with it. However, we were recommended The Golden Dragon and we haven't used the other one since. Absolutely gorgeous everytime!! We love the Special Chow mein with salt and pepper chips. What we love is the veg in the chow mein as well as the meat, as not many places have the lovely veg in it. We recommend this Chinese to our neighbours, who I'm pleased to say.....love it as much as we do.

   The order was completely wrong delivery was one hour 20 minutes the Salt-N-Pepa chips were rockhard like they’ve been reheated. When we rang the takeaway their attitude was put it all back in the box and we will collect it and then threatened not to give a refund if one chip had been eaten or one prawn. OMG !!!

   Food is absolutely delish, I've had various dishes and the 'munchie box' which is amazing! (different sizes available). Also, the salt and pepper ribs are something else. Opening times may differ due to current lockdown, so call and check first. Where possible, order ahead. Social distancing procedures in place.

   Just had our first delivery from here and it was great! The lady who took the order on the phone was very professional, friendly and helpful. The delivery came exactly on time, the driver was nice and friendly too. The food was lovely. Piping hot and obviously freshly cooked. The portion sizes were fab .... enough left for a quick zap in the microwave tomorrow! Would definitely recommend the Foo Young ..... it seemed to contain a dozen eggs! And the Special Chow Mein was great too ....very 'special' ..... thank you Golden Dragon, we'll see you again soon xxx
