   AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!! Me and my colleagues ordered food from this place and they sent us the wrong item! I called them and informed them that the person who ordered a chicken dish received a mixture of beef, prawns and chicken dish is ALLERGIC to prawns. We reported it on Just Eat and called the restaurant. They said they will send us the correct order later. We called back an hour ago as we work in a busy ward in the hospital, we have set breaks and now this nurse was unable to have her dinner. They said the replacement will be delivered in 10-15 mins at around 00:15. An hour later we started to call again and there were no answer until their closing time. The next day we still tried to get in contact and again no body picked the phone. Very very unprofessional and the food quality was not the best either

   Wish I read the reviews before I ordered... Delivery man wouldn't get out the car, making a pregnant woman come out in the cold to get her food.... Then the food was bland and soggy.. Its a no from me!! ...... Update! Ordered few days ago after forgetting I had a bad experience previously.... Made an order AT 8.30pm. Order never arrived and haven't been refunded, tried calling them to no success! They need reporting to trading standards. THIEVES..

   Wish I could give this horrible restaurant a minus. Absolutely horrible. Waited over an hour for my food with no response from the restaurant. They are thieves also saying they delivered when they didn't. Wanna stay hungry, angry and disappointed. Then please by all means order from Charlie Chans.

   Food arrived nearly cold and 45min later than expected. Pepper sauce duck container not closed everything leaked all over other things. Beef chow main had only 2 pieces beef in it!!! Noodles overcooked and very greesy lots of oil. Food tastes horrible. Very rude staff. Arrogant and unhelpful over phone. Won't be ordering ever again. Guys stay away from this place see reviews before ordering don't waste your money

   would give them 0 if possible. ordered through deliveroo, order never arrived so we pursued under proper channels before the restaurant said it was delivered but waited 3 hours to contact them directly, when we were finally able to contact them regarding the order they said was delivered (which wasn't) we were brushed off completely. customer service is terrible- £40 I will never see again with nothing to show for. the staff were rude and the issue was never resolved. called back multiple times and was brushed off completely.

   We've ordered here a few times when there is nowhere else open and it always takes very, very long. This time was our last because the food had leaked in the bag. The driver was very rude and said it wasn't his fault then it spilled on the ground. We called for a refund but they said they don't give refunds. Luckily it was ordered through deliveroo so we were able to get it sorted and they re ordered it for us, but they cancelled it 30 mins later and we never got the replacement.

   I wish I could put this as 0 star rating! Even 5 below 0! This is outrageous how they treat customers. I ordered food online and 11:54pm I called them at 12;55pm to ask if my food was on the way, the cashier on the phone replied with it is on the way should be with us in the next 10 minutes. We then asked when the order was sent out and they told us 7 minutes ago! We then waited another hour before having to call this takeaway again to ask where our food was, the cashier then told us to wait 10 minutes whilst he spoke to somebody then passed us on to somebody else to speak to. They said we are 7 mile so it takes longer so we did say to them if that was the case they should not advertise that they deliver 7 mile away from their shop as it causes these kind of problems. They were not apologetic at all and they didn’t even think about how to please the customer they just spoke to us on the phone very rudely! They then told us to wait 10 minutes again at this point I told them to cancel my order as I had been waiting 2 hours. They told us they will not cancel our order and hung up on us. The delivery driver then called to ask us to go outside to meet him in the car as this is a delivery service the driver should f came to the door which we told him to come to the door when he came to the door he was complaining that we didn’t go out to him and swearing in his own language towards us. When we got the food to eat it, the salt and pepper squid was just like bone not squid! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE ANYBODY WHO THINKS ABOUT ORDERING HERE TO NOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT IT!
