Disappointed to find there’s no way to get to a section of the store from the Manchester Arndale entry with a pram and was told we’d have to go round the outside. Poor accessibility, can only imagine that someone with a disability would also have this difficulty

Very disappointed by their customer service (served by manager letten) and I will never use again. This is about exchange within 24 hours . They first took good 20 minutes to say they don’t have required size which they offered just yesterday. Then I opted for a different shoe, a little cheaper but almost same style and they refused the exchange and said the shoes have been worn. I said I only tried at home and did not wear them outside but there was a little stain which can happen anywhere when you try the shoes. Honestly if they were very clean they could find another reason to refuse cause I very doubt their honesty. So i will not recommend them to friends. First time ever I have problem to exchange or return something within the last 20 years and it’s with footlocker eu Manchester arndale. You decide for your self.i was served by letten.

I came in a bought a pair of airforce ones a few days ago and I feel like I may have been miss sold the shoe protection. Before I bought it, I was asked about the crep protection and I mentioned I have it at home and I don’t really need it. But the sales assistant mentioned that is only for “day to day” and the machine in store would make it fully water proof and that there was a guarantee. So I agreed and paid for it, however when my shoes were being sprayed in the machine I asked a different member of staff about the guarantee and he mentioned there is no guarantee and this only lasts a few months. Given this, I feel like I already had the protection spray at home and I went out of the store feeling like I’ve been miss sold a product I didn’t need. So it just makes me curious as to how much protection the crep protect machine in store has? I would just love the truth. I didn’t want to give awful feedback, more just constructive about how this made me feel. I think it might be worth looking into sales practices in store about whether customers truly need a product.

was searching for comfortable but stylish trainers. Store was busy but stuff was really trying their best. My eu size is 39 and there was not a lot of this size but i still found cute sneakers for 79.99.(puma-nitro)

Staff too busy talking to serve customers. Waiting 15mins in line 4 people stood behind counter only 1 serving to busy chatting.

Absolute waste of time happy to take 200 pound plus of your money but yet if and when an item is returned back due to defect they don't want to know! Also rude staff look at the sole of the shoe and say they have been worn to brush you off unbelievable really us no people skills what so ever some of the staff in there

Ordered shoes online. Tried them at home. The insoles were off to the point where they irritated feet. Took them to Arndale store. The staff was very rude. Guy lookes at the shoes and said that they have been worn and that "he can't see anything wrong with them". NEVER again buying from this store.

I used to shop a lot here a lot untill i bought a faulty tracksuit and the extremely rude manager natalia refused to exchange it even though the ones on the shop floor were damaged in the same place they refused to accept responsibility , i took it threw the complaints procedure and was totaly fobbed off, they did an investigation and said they was not willing to exchange as it isnt a manufactures fault even though i quite clearly told them it was a packaging issue , disgusting attitude and appaling treatment to a customer, iWill never shop there again and think im being generous giving thenm 1 star as they dont deserve any, not even worn this and like i say at least 2 on shop floor had same flaws (faults) , the managers response was that i could of done it to the tracksuits on the shop floor , if shewas a manager in my shop she would be outa work
