Armani served us, she was very helpful with my allergies. Food was delicious and great value, we got a set for less than £20 pp. Would definitely come here again!
The food was fantastic. The service was very very slow. I understand they were quite busy and could have done with more staff on the shop floor but there is no excuse for keeping a customer waiting 30 minutes for a glass of water after placing a drinks order. At this price point they should be more staff on the shop floor

Loved Giggling Squid! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and seriously tasty Thai food. The food was packed with flavour. Service was quick and warm. Highly recommend for a relaxed, delicious night out!
Visited Giggling Squid - Chistlehurst for the first time today. This restaurant is beautiful and the decor is light and fresh. The food was very nice. We ordered starters of the crispy squid bits, north eastern papaya salad and money bag dumplings which were all very tasty. For mains, we ordered beef massaging curry with coconut rice and prawn pad thai all very delicious. The only criticism is the Thai Ice tea was on the smaller side and ok for taste. The service was nice and friendly. Also, slightly overpriced but food was very good. There is parking in bays right outside but it is charged within certain hours Monday to Saturday. Overall, I would definitely recommend and will be returning.
Lovely place with a good ambiance. The food was really tasty and well presented. Non alcoholic drinks were good too. They have halal and vegan options just call and ask in advance. The meal was reasonably priced for what we ate. Service charge is included in the bill.
Service is a little hit and miss, didn't seem to be specific people looking after certain areas, so you never got to know your host, or call on them. Interior decoration is what you'd expect from a chain. Food came quickly, but for Thai cuisine seemed incredibly salty. I'm sure its a firm favourite with many people, but think the place just isn't for us. Did also seem again for a chain slightly on the pricer side. Sadly we won't be going back. Accessible entrance to one side of the restaurant.
We had a great time at GS yesterday. Indeed the whole experience was amazing . Food was delicious and was served with great professionalism. We were looked after by very sweet staff called Rachel. She was excellent in every way and gave us an outstanding service. Spent a beautiful evening at Giggling Squid .
First time at Giggling Squid to celebrate a special birthday. We had been recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The decor is beautiful. The waiters very attentive and their recommendations for food was fab. The happy birthday dessert was a lovely touch. Thank you Giggling Squid. We will be back!
The interior and ambiance of the restaurant was vibrant and cosy. Our waiter was warm, polite and attentive and made us feel at home. He recommended some great dishes and Giggling Squid favourites which didn't disappoint.
