   Came here in my birthday to buy me some new shoes and i asked for my size, worker didn’t have my size i didn’t know what size i was in these shoes so i just asked for the size i normally was. the worker here didn’t have the size i was looking for and then said she had a size which was 1 size lower, i assumed these shoes fit big so i asked for that size and she was very rude about it walking off from me mid conversation and reluctantly taking the shoe from me.

   Very disappointed with the today's Nike Air Jordan 1 High Red fusion drop. The I couldn't add to basket my order, and then the website crashed and now can't even acces it. Shame on the business!!

   So just so everyone is aware I placed this order 9th January and paid for next day delivery, then I had to chase you up for my order on the 12th of which they told me on the 14th January 5 working days to issue a refund and that you would get back to me. Now 10 days on (after chasing them again) they have now told me in another 2-5 days for me to get my money back. Highy disappointed with the whole experience offspring have put me thru. Makes me not want to shop with them again at all and I don't think I will unless something more is done to be honest. I regularly did order exclusive footwear from offspring but from now I will make sure I don't use them and find other means. I hope this message gets to the complaint department/management NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!
