   Poor communication. No replies to emails. however they do pick up calls. The lady on the phone said I would receive my dress by a certain date but it didnt arrive on time. However there are some good choices in designs.

   I Brought an item of clothing from here. I asked for all security tags to be removed. The shop assistant said all tags have been removed. When I reached home a tag was still on the clothes.I had to make another journey back to store (not from the area) . The manager removed the tag however left a visible hole in my clothes.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service! Not even a smile but just huffs and puffs. I was gifted a dress from someone and went to change it as it was too big. I went to the shop to see if they would exchange it but the ladies at the front said they cannot do so without a receipt which is understandable with company policies. I went all the way to get the receipt from the person who gifted it and the staff said we still can’t change it as it’s 2 days from the 14day policy. I explained that I just went all the way to get the receipt, the dress is unworn and in good condition, I also seen there was multiple of that same dress in the shop but she didn’t allow me to change it. She was soo rude. Absolutely appalling customer service and not any empathy during the month of Ramadan!
