   So where do I start with these guys , been ordering a lot because of my work situation I order a ht noodle box and have done a few times , for the past 3 times I have been totally forgot about I ring and order and the girl on the phone has a attitude problem like she can’t be botherd , so after 2.5 hours my food never came I called and the lady said it will be there soon To then get a call 15 Mins later saying they gave my order to another person (this is after arguing I didn’t get the food and it is impossible as I have the cash here , then it arrived after 3 hours today !! They took my order the same rude girl and once again I have No food 2 hours later ! Seriously need to fix up

   Food came boiling hot. Ordered the salt and pepper munch box, the portion size was huge I’d say it would be enough for 3-4 people and it’s really well priced. However I know this was a salt and pepper box but I genuinely feel like the slipper with the salt because everything in the box was absolutely covered to a point I couldn’t eat it because of the amount of salt. This is the only negative about this order.

   2 hour wait for food. Phone after 1 1/2 hours to be told " on its way" after 30 minutes still nothing, to then be told its on it way, basically couldnt speak english . Quality has gone downhill too. Have given then numerous chances after waiting ages for food several times. Im afraid that was the last straw.

   Food never came. Ordered at 7:10pm. Called them at 8:31pm when Just Eat said the order was “delivered” for them to say it was on its way. Called again at 9:06pm. Was told again it was on its way. Called again at 9:36pm to be told again it was on the way and the driver had attempted to deliver the food and had taken it back to the shop, as well as the driver calling me 4 times. This was a lie, I was sat watching the gate camera the whole time and never once did someone ring the gate and not once did I receive a phone call. I rang back four times at 9:56pm and could not get through, but eventually got through on the fifth call to be told the driver had again tried to deliver and had rang me and knocked on the door. This itself is laughable as you can not get to my front door as there are electric gates. I confirmed my phone number with the lady (which was the right number) and explained again that no one had been to deliver and no one had called. I asked for a refund as I ordered food three hours ago and had been lied to multiple times on its delivery status. I was told I could not have a refund as the driver had attempted to deliver. I will happily send Just Eat my security footage and phone log to prove no delivery was attempted as I’m now sat here at 10:15pm with no food. Terrible service, would not recommend.

   Dragon inn has been popping up all week on Facebook I ordered for the first time Tonite . Mad Friday half hour delivery before the set time hot really nice food . Nice delivery guy I said I haven’t ordered a pizza food was set out on a pizza box . Will be ordering from Here again . Good deal. Tastey food

   4th November 2022. Never had a bad meal until tonight al three meals horrible. Hot water had to poured out of cartons of curry before we could put on our plates. Don't know if it was a different cook . But they have lost our custom . Won't be back.

   Very very poor waited 2 hours nearly for a delivery and they couldnt find qhere i lived even after thry called and said we never answered the door or they couldnt find our hose...dissappointed badly..never again from there.
