Very poor customer service. Although very quick to respond, Origin Kicks would not offer either a repair, refund or replacement for a £270 pair of trainers that split after six weeks with just light use. A cheap pair of trainers would last a lot longer.
I have been a frequent shopper at this store for some time now and I would not go anywhere else. The staff are all so friendly and professional and do anything they can to help you find what you are looking for, especially at Market Street in Manchester. The various stores always cater to all sizing needs and even have a wide variety of children trainers also.
Refusal to exchange faulty hoodie - has a no exchange or refund policy apparently which was not explained at point of purchase by staff member. Item purchased 4 weeks ago and fell apart after 1 wash. Happy to take £150 off you though ! Not even worth 1 star
Very expensive, but there is a demand even at these prices. I always pop in to have a look when I'm passing. I'd recommend here before trying other online sources for rare trainers. Fortunately my son says he'd rather wait and watch for upcoming launches on Nike and get two pairs of Jordans for the price of one here.
I came into today. I had no idea what I wanted but a lady called Kaynat helped me so much I really appreciate the advice she gave me. She was really friendly and her customer service skills were amazing. Honestly would recommend!!!!

Couldn’t recommend this store enough. Staff have great knowledge of all trainers being sold and advised me brilliantly on a pair for my wife. Special shout out to the cleaner ‘Ace’ - I dropped my wallet, which he later found and returned.
I’ve been into this shop loads of times, looking for my next pair of shoes… I recently went in store to sell two pairs of shoes, and spoke with Andrew the store manager. He offered really great prices, the highest I’ve had from multiple stores, and gave same day cash out! The selection they have in store I would say if one of, if not the best in Manchester. Andrew was always willing to answer any questions and share his knowledge around shoes, he’s a true asset to Origin Kicks!
