   Placed an order in store with Emiko some weeks ago, garments have arrived to which they are of super high quality and I'm sure I will get very good wear out of my items. However, I ordered these over 5 weeks ago and throughout this process I was not kept proactively updated on my purchase, although I appreciate the business is small, however, when you are spending more than £200+ I expect at least some level of customer service. I.e. updates on garment delay (informed after I proactively reached out to check the status of my order) and postage tracking. Additionally, the full postage amount was not covered, meaning I had to pay the rest to collect it. Overall, I hope to order from Emiko again, but I think there are issues to work through in relation to post-purchase customer experience, in particular proactively providing order updates.

   Perfect hidden gem to stop by in and mooch when in Stockport. I was visiting and my friend suggested a wander through the area with a coffee. The member of staff was very friendly, warm, and sung Stockport's praises. We loved the fact it's a working space, used for workshops and bespoke garment making, as well as the clothing made. Recommending to my friends in Birmingham who are into fashion and textiles! (See you again next time I'm up in Sp!)

   An independent business with one of a kind , beautiful clothing. The style & fit of Emiko garments are just amazing. I was so happy with my trousers! The team are great & really help and advice on sizing which is super helpful when you aren’t too sure. Would highly recommend !! Thank you Emiko :-)

   Favourite shop!! So many gorgeous pieces of quality handmade clothing. The owner, Coral, was so helpful at styling me and showing me how to wear all the different pieces. I bought the beautiful dusty pink corduroy jacket and my friend bought the bottle green waterproof mac. Thank you Emiko !! We’ll be back!
