   If I had reviewed this place a few months ago five stars wouldn't have been enough, but unfortunately this has gone down hill rapidly. On Sunday we had Sweet & Sour Chicken, Egg Fried Rice and House Special Chow Mein, the Sweet & Sour sauce tasted synthetic, luminous red (not the orange-red it used to be) and very 'vinegary' the egg fried rice was okay, but not special and my chow mein was so salty it was impossible to eat. Also the service in here is horrible now that the lady who used to be there hasn't been there the last few times and all the plants are now dead or dying, has there been a change of ownership? The food has been going down hill for the last few months. The lady who used to work here was friendly and helpful and happy to accept a bank transfer but now it's cash only and if you want help with anything don't bother asking. I think it's time we look at going somewhere else.

   We order often from Yama and have never had issues. But today our sweet & sour sauce had chilli in. I'm allergic to chilli and luckily for me I noticed them in the sauce. Really disappointed. I'm afraid putting chilli in sweet & sour chicken (which has never been in it before) is why I have rated this 3 stars. The menu clearly states what has chilli in but sadly not on the sweet & sour sauce.

   I was new to the area just over a year ago, and really fancied a Chinese as a 'treat'. Took the plunge and ordered online at Yama. First time, delivered promptly and tasted really lovely. Pretty much every time after that it's gone down hill (temperature, taste, consistency & delivery-wise). The last 2 times, I've waited over 2 hours for an "up to 1 hour" delivery! No real apology (extra prawn crackers/chips/anything?), just "Driver's on his way/yeah we're busy tonight". Still waiting, 25 minutes later...it's now 10:10pm?! Food just arrived...(2.5hrs) and I'm not even hungry now :-( Soup, salty. Curry, gelatenous and tepid. Wings, tepid and not crispy (whole raw onion?!). Think they need another driver (he was polite enough though)! Not sure I'll be ordering from here again sadly.
