This store may look like a Zara but the quality is completely different. The quality is high here and definitely worth the money. Found the most gorgeous, timeless, elegant, dramatic wool blend cape which I will wear forever!

Cos has the most inconvenient returns policy I have ever experienced. I ordered a shirt online and when it arrived I retuned it the very next day to the store along with it's original packaging and receipt. It took me 40 minutes to drive into the city to my nearest Cos store. The store assistant told me they didn't take returns for online purchases in store and I had to send it via post. I then went to my local Post Office who told me they didn't partner with Evri so couldn't take my parcel and they directed me to another Post Office. Finally I was able to drop off the parcel but at the expense of my time and cost of petrol. Will not be ordering from Cos again.
One of our favourite stores. My daughter and I are always in the store. Today we went in to look at some of the new collection. As usual there were loads of gorgeous clothes. Charlie was the guy in charge of the changing rooms. What a fantastic member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. He went to get different sizes and showed us how to alter the pants inside the waistband for a better fit. He was also helping other people in the changing room. He was a really lovely guy. I have also found the other members of staff very helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

This brand new location is the largest COS store in the UK, according to retail staff. And it really is beautiful and pristine, with lots of natural light! The store design is pretty minimal, yet practical (most sizes displayed to pick from). Also there are comfortable seating areas located throughout the space, which make it cosy enough for when youβre waiting for someone in the fitting room. The fitting cabins are bright and roomy - and if you dare to come out there is a huge mirror that really helps in making your final decision. To end, the retail staff is lovely and welcoming, one can tell that they are proud and happy to work there. Enjoy!
