   I would not recommend you spending money here, I previous purchased a back pack for my son which the strap snapped after 3 uses I took it back and shown proof of payment for the amount of the bag and the women/owner asked me for a receipt which I stated she never gave me one but responded an told me I never purchased the bag from their store when I shown proof of purchase and photos of the same bag in store their rude and arrogant so don't waste your time or money even people who work on this site have also stated this shop is dodgy and will not refund or exchange due to possible dogdye taxings

   This shop also had a card payment machine but refuses card payments with some customers because they tax dodge they take cash payments to avoid having to book it in for tax reasons report to trading standards and refused to exchange a faulty item and made out they never sold me the bag I dont have the receipt but I have proof of purchase on my bank but they refused the woman is rude and greedy and doesn't care about customers DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

   The woman who works here was all over all the customers like a rash. I was showing these shoes to my sister for her baby, the lady snatched it out of my hand and started to show my sister which I found rude. I found some earrings for my wife. I asked if she takes card payment, I was told she does then I went to pay she was like it was cash only for them, I said it doesn't say anything about being cash only. I told her just to leave it then. My niece was paying for a bag via card then the woman was like I'll put it on the transaction is that ok, like she was doing me favour. Bad customer service, rude, most likely trying to avoid taxes.

   After asking how much for two pairs of sunglasses I was told by a member of staff it was £30, so when I went to buy it I was charged an extra £5. I asked someone working there why I had been charged extra and they began raising their voice at me telling me I was wrong. This was very disrespectful as I was only curious as to how I ended up being charged extra. So overall I can say that the customer service there is rude and I don't recommend that shop.24/08/2023
