   Bad customer service. Would give zero stars! Arrived at the store at 5:35pm, door was locked, couldn’t see anyone inside, then I rang the number on the door, there was no answer. After a 5 more minutes we left, as I was leaving I saw the shutters started going down! FOUND THIS VERY RUDE!!! So I rang the number again and and still there was no answer. The time was now 5:43. The shop should shut at 6pm. Don’t advertise that you are open till 6pm if you aren’t! So rude to ignore all the calls and go close the shutters on us! Wont be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND !

   Terrible customer service!!! We booked to view their party wear range. The door was locked and we called the number a few times and then a girl turned up, unlocked the place, sat down with her AirPod in. She did not say hi or help us just sat at her desk and gave us dirty looks. Avoid at all costs because of their awful service.

   This 1 star is for their horrible customer service. I went online to buy their cloth where I found we need to take a virtual appointment for calling and inquiry. I placed a slot, and got a text message few hours before my time slot that all slots are booked for face-to-face appointments. I don't know why did they book me in the first place. Secondly, I replied back to know what's their size guide for L, as that's the largest they stitch their clothes. I was left with no reply, no size guide given, nor did I get my virtual call. Such a horrible customer experience. I'm happy I didn't buy from them
