Just ordered and collected possibly the worse Chinese takeaway we have ever had! Very little taste, not very warm and strange compared to our usual Chinese takeaway. 100% will NOT return
We had a chowmein which was nothing like the usual style chownmein you get, large chunks of chicken barely any veg. Everything else was tasty but the portion sizes were very small when compared with other chinese takeaway.
The last two delivered takeaways from this establishment have been shocking to say the least!!! First takeaway was an incorrect oder they forgot to put any meat in special chop suey rang the shop was dealt with by rudeness. Second takeaway was also incorrect,cold and took nearly two hours to arrive again rang the shop just rudeness leave this place well alone go elsewhere DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
First order with Ruby House and absolutely the last. I appreciate its new years eve but 3 hours for delivery is unacceptable. I called after an hour an half and was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes but an hour later it had only just left. When it did arrive, it was inedible and luke warm. I'm happy to have my bin checked - because that's where it is.

Would not order from here as the food was not cooked and cold we asked for our money back so they then said they would like to come into our house to go through our bins
After eating every chinese takeaway in Worksop I can safely say that Ruby House for me would be the Chinese takeaway of choice after 3 amazing servings so far. Flavoursome like no other around here. Would recommend to anyone. If they could offer crispy seaweed then it would be complete
