   I want to shout out Abdulla at Offspring, Selfridges, Trafford centre. I rang up prior to coming down and he was super helpful and answered all my questions. I arrived at the store and was greeted by a friendly smile and it made the purchase & experience 10/10. I also want to say thank you to the Store manager (sorry did not catch her name) will be back for my next purchase 100%.

   Disgrace. Lad on the till is a waste of space, went in around 7:30pm, asked for my size, he tutted and 'went to look' came back and said no, asked him if he could do a stock check for Exchange Square he said 'No', not "No, sorry', just straight 'no', asked why, he said ' bro, they wont answer the phone', said they've closed bro. Went and checked myself on the phone and said they are open till 9pm, when I told him shook his head and carried on conversation with his colleague who also looked at me like a piece of dirt. Was happy to spend £200 on trainers, not in their till. Never coming here again.

   Had a really bad experience here as they wouldn’t sell me a shoe because they ‘Assumed’ I was a reseller. I was with my mum and it was a really embarrassing and very unprofessional. Eventually they sold me the shoe after confirming with a manager? Left the store upset and very anxious to go home to find the shoes look like they have been worn and not brand new.

   Just camped out there for the air max 1 atmos release. Staff were very helpful and camp went extremely smoothly. Hopefully they will receive more limited releases as this was by far the best camp I have experienced, also that they receive more stock for the unfortunate few that missed out.
