   I bought a pair of calf high chunky lace up boots. Once home and upon closer inspection it became clear that one of the boots had a split zip. I went back to the shop where the owner was not present but he's young son. He had to ring his dad, the owner. Who argued with me over the phone that I had caused the split in the zip when the item was still unworn and In the exact same condition as when I bought it. Over the phone, owner refused a refund and said they don't do them. Only offered an exchange. There is no sign in the shop saying exchanges only no refunds given. I have been forced to exchange for a different pair of shoes that I don't want or need. Also didn't have very many shoes in stick in my size. The man's so bless him did his absolute best and was great. The owner has disgusting customer service skills and is very argumentative. Won't be returning which is a shame as I have had some lovely trainers in the past with no issues .

   DO NOT SHOP HERE!! If I could give this shop a 0 Rating I would. Bought some shoes from here worn them once indoors and they broke whilst wearing them! Took them back with my receipt and asked them for a exchange. The girl behind the counter was rude and said no she can’t cos the manager wasn’t in. Said she doesn’t give a s**t. Went back a few days later and seen the owner to the shop and he refused to exchange them, accused me of breaking them on purpose for a refund. I didn’t even want a refund I wanted an exchanged. He called me very rude names and told me he doesn’t stand by consumer rights which by law they have too. It’s not about the money it’s the principle! Very Rude owners! Do not shop here unless you wanna waste your money.
