   Unlike me to not check reviews first. Mixed starter was disgusting. Even my dog couldn't chew the meat. Green and red curry taste like a poor man's jar version. For the price, I was expecting to taste gold. If it was a restaurant, i would have left without paying. So disappointed.

   We got takeaway from Thai Spot. Rubbish food in the name of Thai food. Prawns Kra Prao had no basil leaves or red pepper, instead had rotten prawns (my child threw up immediately). Thai Panang Curry did not even look like one, Chicken Black Bean Sauce was a watery stew of green beans and huge chunks of onions-- tasted nothing like Black Bean Sauce, and Chicken Mamuang was a smelly-chicken soup with one piece of baby corn and some pieces of cashew nuts. Each tupperware came 1/3 full or less. Adding couple of photos, please add two runnerbeans, two prawns and two pieces of beef to the photos and you get the amount of food they sent as well.

   How has this place got 4 stars?? Absolutely terrible quality food, everything from frozen. Nothing is fresh. The dumplings were disgusting, meat inside chewy and obviously processed and smelled foul. The £6.95 crab cakes wow, what a scam. Tasted nothing like crab more like stale sausage. Pad Thai - dogs dinner. Ffs. No flavour & basically mush. Lastly the pièce de rèsistance the so called salt and pepper chicken, basically glorified nuggets with some veg barely any salt or pepper. AVOID like the plague.

   There’s a great Thai in town! Genuinely friendly staff. Generous portions of really tasty food. Pad Thai and Massamun curry this time but want to try everything on the menu now. We will be visiting often.
