   Very disappointing experience at GDK tonight. I ordered a burrito, a kebab sandwich, and flaming chips everything was cold, not even lukewarm. The chips felt like they would have been sitting there for ages. The burrito was also cold and poorly packed, and the kebab sandwich was a mess, like it was made with zero care. First few bites were just chicken, then only salad at the end. Nothing was balanced, fresh, or properly prepared. Complete waste of money. Won’t be coming back.

   I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the waitress for the excellent service. She was very attentive, polite, and friendly, always with a warm smile and a willingness to help. Our order was taken promptly, her recommendations were great, and everything was served on time. Thanks to Nafissa professionalism, our overall experience was truly enjoyable. We will definitely come back again.

   Yesterday on 3-12-2025 we visited the outlet at 8:26 pm and the behaviour of the staff at the counter (the lady with a hijab) was very bad. We placed the order via the screen and was waiting for the food. That staff was asking to us in a rude manner why you are standing here, what you are looking for. Then we asked her a can of soft drinks and she was again speaking to us in the same manner since she didn’t here what we said. She could have asked all these politely and the customers would be happy. Please train your staffs well.

   Visited this place twice recently. A delight for vegetarians who love burgers. The veg patties in burger or in waffle bread is too good and cannot be missed. Have also heard great reviews about chicken doner items. Also there are varieties available in fries such as flaming fries, cheesy fries, curry fries and I opted for curry fries both the times.

   Best place. The food was amazing. I must mention the “Chicken Meal” dish was the star of the day for me , cooked to perfection and absolutely mind-blowing. The management was so perfect. Love the service. Will definitely visit again.
