   Really disappointed with our order tonight, we have been ordering Thai from this location for around 20 years, there has since been a change of owner. Ordered the volcano chicken and coconut rice, rice was ok but the volcano chicken was nowhere near the quality of the previous owners. Bland and watery sauce with unseasoned grilled grissly chicken, my wife's beef was tough. Given it was a lot more expensive than the previous owners, it's difficult to accept the drop in quality, could have easily made this to a higher standard at home. Won't be ordering again.

   Good food, friendly staff. Down side, on a cold January evening delivery drivers in and out collecting so it’s freezing cold which must also bother the staff. Sitting having a meal with delivery drivers lounging at the tables waiting for their collections.

   I've only used Gaab Kao for takeaway, both delivery and collection, but it's a great Thai restaurant. Friendly staff, great prices and delicious food. In my opinion, the best noodles in town!

   One main dish was missing after delivery so I phoned them and explained that one person from our dinner party doesn't have any food. He seemed to not care and said they couldn't send the dish out. Just seemed desperate to hang up as soon as possible. No solution to the problem apart from an automated refund through the app. Extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service. Won't use again.

   Food was beautifully presented and service was attentive albeit a quiet night. Would have received 5 stars but the restaurant felt a little dated and equally we could hear the music from the kitchen downstairs over the ambient music upstairs.
