   Turned up here this morning 17.10 2024 at 9.45 am Said shop was open but wasnt and no sign of life I support local shops but not shoddy ones who cant be bothered to be open not good business sense

   Recently purchased a pair of shoes. They could be tried at home. Unfortunately needed to be returned. The store shut down this weekend and the staff failed to mention that. Shoes handed to a man sorting out the closure with an agreement to refund but as yet no refund processed. Now I have no shoes and no refund.

   I can't praise this shop enough for their fabulous customer service. It just proves how much better off we are when we support local shops. Their prices are identical to Amazon, and yet you get really attentive and helpful customer service, proper unhurried opportunities to try things on, and extremely patient staff who put up with all of my faffing about and indecision. Highly recommended - oh and remember to always shop local, use them or lose them!

   we bought a pair of mbt shoes and fitflop sandals with my colleague. Mbt shoes did not fit properly and fitflop sandals also were damaged with dye stain on their visible front parts. it was supposed to be a gift but I got embarrassed because the non-quality item they sold. I've e-mailed them with photos to prove the damages then £10 discount offered with my next purchase which I will never think about to buy from them again. they sell definitely factory seconds but they never mention about this on their orders. beware!!!
