   We stood waiting as staff repeatedly ignored us, prioritising phone calls over acknowledging our presence. After enduring prolonged neglect and a complete lack of courtesy, we ultimately walked out—left feeling undervalued and deeply disappointed by the appalling customer service.

   These guys are just awesome. The food is delish and the portions are good. Food hygiene rating is a five :) I’ve struggled to find a menu online that works (they still do provide menus, so mention if you go for delivery option and they will drop one off) my quick snap seems to zoom in ok with mobiles.

   Been eating here most weeks for the last 7 years since moving to the area. It's our Sunday treat. The menu's awesome - huge with plenty of choice. The food is delicious. We've tried loads of dishes. The delivery's always on time, often early. The staff are lovely and treat us really well - e.g. if we ever forget to request a meal the way we usually have it they call us up to check the order. We're sad we can no longer order online as this was easier for us - to pay by card - and unfortunately we now order a little less frequently. But we don't get our Chinese anywhere else - if we're having Chinese, we're having a Rice Bowl

   Me and my husband visited Silsden for the first time. Had a plan to get fish and chips for dinner but the shop was shut so decided to get Chinese. We ordered chips and lemon chicken. The food was packed quickly within 10 minutes but the problem was the taste. I was really hungry but I still did not enjoy chips. I took first bite of lemon chicken and spit it out. There was a strange smell in chicken. We threw the food in bin straight away. It costed us pound 7.60. Waste of money. Will not suggest this place to anyone.

   A friendly, local Chinese takeaway. Clean and reasonably priced. I have been eating here for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. If you like Chinese food I can recommend the Rice Bowl. Still as good as ever.

   Good food and service. I was a little worried about ordering after seeing some reviews but the food arrived quickly and the delivery driver was very friendly. We had chicken fried rice, curry sauce and salt and pepper chips. Apart from a lot of onions on the chips, I can’t complain about anything. Very tasty!
