Fantastic service as soon as I arrived was greeted and left to browse. After choosing my appliance they kept it until I could collect. No issues whatsoever with collecting very helpful staff. Even had a lovely call to make sure I was happy. Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Called in to ask if they had a Bosch Washing Machine door seal for our particular model. They couldn’t have been more helpful.Our initial contact was with James and they didn’t have one in stock and unfortunately their main supplier was out of stock. James enlisted the help of Laura and she took the time to suggest various other options and suppliers they could try. She searched for us and it was obvious that both these people wanted to help us. She did manage to source a couple of options with different prices . We placed our order with a suggested date for the parts arrival and the promise of a phone call . The part arrived 2 days early and Laura phoned to let us know it was ready for collection. Great Service from a local company. So good to be able to go somewhere to speak to people and be reassured that a part will fit . Rather than take a chance on the internet on unknown suppliers/ parts. Great customer service after a fault was found in my elderly aunts washing machine only 4 weeks after she purchased It. They found the fault picked the faulty one up and delivered a new machine all within a week Shop local brilliant service from the guys in store
I went in for a belt for my dryer and saw a fridge freezer that I couldn't resist. So I bought it there and then. I couldn't believe the level of service I received. Friendly knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile, which they did. Delivered this morning and installed in my kitchen. Thanks to Mark and other (name escapes me) for an excellent service...well recommended.
