   We got sold a Electric Ceramic Hob labelled as the brand Beko. After a month of using the item we see a slight smudge on the Beko label. This indicated for us that from the heat of the hob made the sticker ink melted and began to smudge. From curiousity we decided to peel off the label. Not only to discover we had been conned, and the brand revealed was called Lamona. Although it turns out it was cheaper buying a “Beko” at retail price of around £150 (Lamona at £300 retail), I feel as a customer we shouldn’t be surprised by a product in this way after purchase. Being lied to. I do give it 4 stars purely because customer service tops most factors when reflecting on the experience you have with a business.
