Today I got a fridge freezer delivered. The guys were super helpful but Mick was a star. Went over and above with the unbeknownst to me awkward electric connection. He could have performed a simple do/don’t do job due to my issue but no, Mick persevered and solved all my issues leaving me with a much needed fridge freezer in working order. I’ve used MG for many years both for myself and late mother’s needs. Always helpful and make sure I get just what I need. Had my new dryer delivered and installed yesterday, same brilliant experience. Helped me find the right machine for me, delivered on time and all set up. Polite and helpful as always. MG domestic is the best for washers cookers fridges and freezer etc. I needed a new washer and Tony think the owner is so knowledge and down to earth lovely bloke.bought the Samsung washer which am very happy with great prices.and all the staff are polite and friendly. The blokes that delivered and fitted it next day was careful bringing it in were great too .I always go back here great service from all.there is a free carpark at back off there shop highly recommend MG domestics. Bought an electric free standing cooker last week. Prompt delivery, fitted and my old cooker taken away. Very helpful and pleasant couldn't fault them and best of all, so much cheaper than anywhere else we tried. Would highly recommend.

Bought a tall Blohmberg freezer and a Stoves gas cooker recently. The service was excellent. Gas fitter was really helpful and installation cost was very reasonable. Really pleased with the products and the fast delivery
A great company Over the years I have had several washing machines and recently a new built in double oven replacing the worn out one I already had, although possibly a little more expensive than searching the internet. Every time I have needed to use this company I have found them extremely efficient and accommodating, no messing about, full delivery and installation and removal of old appliance, professionally done, of course delivery and installation is a little extra on the price of the product but certainly very reasonable and affordable. This is a family run company which goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction and service, particular thanks to Lauren in the office and Mick and his mate on delivery/install A full five stars
