   Firstly, good, seemingly honest, advice received, competitive price and speedy service. Unfortunately, the installation was disappointing. The washing machine was connected well, but an important part of integrated appliances is your cupboards are realligned correctly - this wasn't the case regrettably. I have now self resolved after investing an hour and a half of my own time, but this shouldn't be necessary after paying for someone else to do it. There was some minor damage to my flooring and cupboard walling also.

   Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable, I am super grateful! Not like your typical sales person at all, he was just factual about the products. I rang at 11.45am and by 5pm the same day he managed to deliver an under counter fridge for my 83 year old dad. Great service! Thanks again.

   I ordered a new integrated dishwasher from a well known online retailer and when the fitters arrived they said they could not remove my old dishwasher, so they abandoned the job. I contacted Steve from SW Appliances and within a few days he had supplied a new dishwasher for less money and their fitter came and removed my old dishwasher (it was a real pain to get out, but he persevered) and fitted the new one. A brilliant service and it ended up costing me considerably less than my original purchase too. I wouldn't hesitate to use SW Appliances again. Thank you!
