I recently bought a Bosch Series 6 washing machine from Rolf West. Ryan took the time to go through many options and unlike many other shops he did not put any pressure on me to buy an expensive one. He was able to compete with the best price online and it was delivered and fitted the very next day, also taking away my old one. This was all included in the price and was carried out whilst I was at work. I came home to a spotless kitchen and new fitted washing machine. Electric oven broke- less than 2 weeks before Christmas! Rang up, was offered the next available appointment, repairman came out, fixed it, very reasonable labour and parts - only 75 pounds. Oven now working perfectly. Thanks, rolf west, for saving Christmas Dinner!
I bought an Electrolux vacuum cleaner from Rolf West, Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about vacuum cleaners. Whilst he was very keen for me to have a Sebo vacuum cleaner which he highly recommends he still did a great deal on the Electrolux.
I cannot recommend Ryan at Rolf West highly enough. Having contacted Rolf West regarding our fridge freezer which had stopped working, Ryan gave me valuable advise regarding replacement options after establishing it couldn’t be fixed. He was also able to loan me a small fridge freezer, which he delivered the same day, whilst the replacement is on order and waiting delivery. Looking forward to the replacement being delivered. A local business who have excellent knowledge, provide first class outstanding service, and are competitively priced.
