   Have ordered twice recently from Maidstone branch, and order has been cancelled. Waited for 2 hours and then my order got cancelled, really frustrating. A shame aswell because I love a Pad Thai live and have ordered regularly, but it’s putting me off now. Two ordered cancelled after waiting for ages from Maidstone, and a couple of Tim’s Chatham have missed things off my order that I’ve paid for. Don’t know if I’ll bother again to be honest x

   We have ordered from here on two occasions. The first occasion our order was incorrect and they could not resend our order and we had to drive and collect it. No refunds were provided and no help was offered. The food was prawns when chicken was ordered, which is simply not good enough. We attempted one final time thinking it was a genuine mistake and ordered 3x Pad Thais. Only one arrived. The bag was tiny and clearly did not have three of what we ordered. It was not a complicated order. The driver was apologetic and stated that this is a common occurrence. When we called the restaurant they refused to refund us. Refused to resend the order and even hung up on us. Do not order from here. The staff are unhelpful and when they make a mistake refuse to rectify it.

   The food arrived Hot, however the toppings Of chilli nuts were missing from All our orders. The noodles are also very very stodgy and not very nice Not how their food usually is. Shame really

   Love the bold yellow decor of this cafe, looks very Thai! The food is very reasonably priced and I spent less than £10 for a noodle soup and drink. Great authentic Thai flavour cooked by friendly Thai chef. Overall a very pleasant experience.

   The food here was really tasty, after we ordered it took only about 15 minutes until four of us had our meals so fast service, the drunken noodles with prawns that I had were so tasty and I would highly recommend them as an alternative to the pad thai. There were lots of good quality prawns and the spice was perfect (hot) and you can have the dishes as mild or spicy as you would like. I would be happy to eat here again.

   Tried this place for the first time...bought a vegetarian dish..when I received it, it smelled so bad...(maybe it's just me), but the noodles (?) seemed like they were cooked 10 times over and had the consistency of hardened slime. I complained and the response was that it's not their fault that I didn't like it...so I just left. Not going back!

   We had lunch yesterday at Pad Thai Live, service was very slow, food lucked flavour, pad Thai noodles didn't taste good. It should be with prawns we counted only 2 for extra 0.50£... Noodles were glued together, like there was an amateur cooking... Menu didn't had prices, unless you needed to go inside the place and look on the boards. So personally I would no recommend this place.

   Delicious authentic Thai food! Really loved it! The portions are also really good, the prawn dishes have a good amount of prawns, not like in many other places. They also provide good and fast service - perfect for a quick lunch. Will definitely go again.

   Love love love this place. Amazing food made fresh in front of you. Lovely smiley and polite Customer service and lovely seating also. Will definitely be returning and with a few friends. One of whom is vegan. 5 stars all the way ❤
