   I genuinely cannot believe how bad this food is. I should have listened to the reviews . So bad in fact that we've thrown it all out. And had to order from somewhere else. What a waste of time and money. Curry sauce is not even curry. I dont know what that is. Rice is like sticky rice yet tastes powdery. Satay sauce tasted like it was burnt. Honestly not even the chips were enjoyable . Straight in the food bin it went. Never again

   The service is at Bangkok Mami is APPALING. I wouldn't trust this place with my money. I ordered through their website which had a £5 discount for a first order. Total cost on checkout was £19.90, I opted to pay by cash on delivery. When the delivery driver arrived, he said it was £24.90, and he showed me a receipt saying the same. I called the restaurant, and the lady on the phone told me that I still had to pay £24.90 even though the website total told me £19.90. She even said this has happened to people many times before as the website is 'glitchy'! If they know it's a problem with the website, surely they should honour the price at checkout? She refused! She told me she had spoken to the manager who agreed I should pay the £24.90. I asked to speak to the manager, and then magically the manager (who she had JUST spoken to) was 'not there'. I decided to give the food back. I then got a call 5 mins later saying that she had spoken to the manager again who said I could pay £19.90. What kind of nonsense is this? You can't just make up prices once someone has already checked out and then refuse to honour the price! I won't be ordering again.

   Fresh, good portions, great flavours. We tried it for the first time today and will be definitely ordering from this place again. Unsure of all those low scores I can see on reviews but from me personally 5 stars. It was delicious.

   Our first visit here today and we had a very good experience. The decor is very lovely and vibrant, and good customer service. Now, the food is very lovely. We have been to a few Thai restaurants, and Bangkok Mami certainly provides great food at a good price. They have a special deal valid from 12/03 - 12/04/2020: All the dishes are buy 1, get 1 FREE!!!
