Update..thank you Nandos Customer Service Team see latest update...Resolved .Well done I ordered a chicken burger meal with side of chips and Portuguese side salad.. Appalling value not worth the £17 face value..luckily I ordered via a delivery partner whim had a promo for new customers as I would be er pay this Poorly presented the whole meal was drenched in dressing that had leaked all over The side salad portion was absolutely drenched and was very small The chips portion was extremely small... Absolute rip off The burger would have been ok but did being fed chief in dressing. Overall appaling value appalling presentation. The only positive was a prompt fast service but I would advise against a takeaway from this company .. you would get better value from a Wetherspoon pub. Update... I want to thank Nandos customer service team for taking my feedback seriously and for the offer of a second meal.. this gas Joe been resolved and I will give the store another visit alk the best

I had such a great experience at the Nando’s on New Street, Birmingham. I want to give a special thank you to the managers, Chile and Sharon for going above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. They took the time to listen carefully, made sure everything was prepared safely and checked in to ensure I was comfortable with my meal. Their professionalism and kindness made such a difference. Excellent service, great food and genuinely caring staff – I’ll definitely be coming back !

The experience was amazing. The half thigh chicken for my friend was a little extra grilled, i requested if it can be replaced and the manager gave us a replacement within 10 mins. The staff was so cooperative, especially the bald tattooed white guy lol I'd recommend this place.

Good food but can be better. The sauce doesn't seem to enter the chicken, only the top layer is spicy. The burger was good but needed a crispy patty not the regular saucy chicken

New Street, Birmingham Town Centre I recently visited Nando’s on New Street in Birmingham town centre with my wife, and as always, it was a great experience. This restaurant consistently offers a wide variety of delicious chicken dishes, with amazing flavours that keep us coming back. The food never disappoints! The staff are friendly, helpful, and always greet you with a smile, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Despite how busy it gets—sometimes we’ve waited more than 15 minutes for a table—it still feels comfortable and safe to dine there, so we don’t mind the wait. One area that could be improved is the food ordering process. It’s not very straightforward, especially for elderly people who may find it a bit confusing. Parking in the town centre is also a bit of a challenge and can be expensive. However, it’s worth it. A visit to this Nando’s can be part of a lovely day out. walking through the city centre, enjoying a meal, and grabbing a coffee nearby. It’s a great way to spend quality time and bond with loved ones. One of the highlights for us is that they serve halal chicken, which makes the place extra special and inclusive. We’ve been visiting this restaurant for a while now, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended to everyone! Check more of my travels on my Instagram: h_albermani

Three of us including a kid arrived for dinner Friday evening. As usual, waiting for 25 min and waiting to order and then waiting for food. We ordered a kids meal which was good, platter for adults had burned chicken thighs. Its middle of city centre so watch for parking. Plenty of seating but may not be enough in weekends. Washrooms available. Paid £35-50 for 2 adults and a kid.

Love Nando's. Vibe is really nice in New Street, food was served warm and fresh. There's loads to see in Birmingham as well so plenty of opportunities to walk your meal off. Lot's of seating available, clean, and great service as well. Would recommend.

It's was super busy but we're were able to make a booking and come back later in the afternoon. Once we received our text to say our table was ready we headed back. The ladies on the front desk were super friendly and helpful. We got to our table browsed the menu. I haven't visited a nandos in a very long time and I felt like the whole ordering process should just be known. We sat at the table for 20 minutes before we asked someone if we could order. I was told to do it on the app which took 20 minutes as the service in the building was awful. The drinks and food came in a good time! The drinks were nice, but the food was overcooked. I had to remove the bread from my burger and just have the chicken. Nobody asked us if our food was okay. The visit was okay. I probably wouldn't come back to this branch.

I always enjoy Nando's. I tried this restaurant in 10+ locations in different countries and cities. This one is no different. The meal was well cooked and served as they always do. The portion is average size. They have refil for soft drinks. It was as busy as usual. They have Halal chicken options. My only comment today was the delay to serve the food which took more than usually expected.
