I went to elk mill this morning to take a printer back for a replacement and to purchase a HP wireless keyboard and mouse the lady who served me was more than helpful she carried my printer and keyboard and mouse to the car I hope the lady does see this review because I would like to say a big thank you to her
Rude and stupid is a kind way to describe the incompetency of the fool who I have just dealt with. I tried to return my order and he flat out refused because it had been opened and not in resellable condition. This was a small piece of furniture that when opens and halfway through building had some screws missing. Annoyed at this I ordered a nicer piece of furniture elsewhere and started my rerun process online. Repackaging and labelled everything with a note to say what was missing. Took to store and he rips open the box to question me like I was a criminal telling me he can’t accept it it’s not sellable when I explained pieces were missing you can’t resell it anyway, he then said I can’t because you have used secondary tape to put the box back together. Would not get a supervisor or manager to help and ignored by other members of staff worst man I have ever dealt with and will not be ordering from them again !!!!
Bought a baby playmat £60 Got home the playmat was covered in sick and dog hairs great thanks a lot Jokers
Absolutely disgusting! Shannon was absolutely a vile of a human argued continuously, even though the facts where physically there in front of her! Lisa the supposed manager was disrespectful disgusting and out of control! Have no idea how this so called Lisa got a position as a management. She couldn’t even control her behaviour. Felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Never shop at this store again! After this I went to Ashton store near ikea. I can not tell you how amazing thier staff and management are! Absolutely polite, HELPFUL, understanding and quick to get to a resolution! Absolute GEMS ASHTON TEAM!
Very good but the inside has a lot of open space, wasted space. Not used to their advantage looks like as if it has nothing in it huge area just empty, a table and chair and that's it and the till at the back. Doesn't look good.
I am infuriated by how I was treated today at Argos, the staff were of no help and were absolutely useless, I would give no stars if I could because 1 star is honestly too much.
I have been in to Argos on Elk mill tonight after work around 5pm. Can I just say how smoothly and effective the service was. I felt safe at all times and the covid/social distancing measures in place are great. I will not hesitate to buy from here again.
I am not sure about the names of the two employees. Basically, I came in the store with my son who has cerebral palsy and other learning difficulties. Initially, I browsed the product it was easy to use for my son because of the level of the machine installed and good browsing speed. It was very interesting experience for my son use pencil and writing the catalogue number. We went towards the counter to place the order. An employee was already serving the customer. Someone quickly jumped on the counter to serve. We did not had to wait. I let my son to take the lead to place the order. Staff was very friendly, She interacted with my son asking about his new scooter. My son asked to show the order on the checkout screen to ensure he is getting the correct product. There wasn't this option on the screen, She used mobile to show him the picture of the product to ensure he is happy and getting the right product that he wanted. Receipt was a bit confusing for my son. He asked several times about the order number and she answered as many times without getting frustrated in very polite manner with smile. We waited less than a minute to collect our order. Again, the girl at the collection point was very humble and friendly. Instead of stamping the Received stamp by her. She gave the stamp to my son to stamp on the receipt and asked interactive questions about his new scooter. I am very happy with the staff level of customer services and understanding of staff to slow down with the people with diverse need.
