I just went with my friends twice and every time its get better, love the costumer service, i would recommend it! everyone!!
I purchased some chips to takeaway from this place last night. Clearly they rely on people having had a drink at the weekend so they can get away with selling left over nasty food. The chips were the worst I've ever had, they tasted dirty is the only way I can explain it. Frustrating as I waited until I got home to try them. It then made total sense why the guy serving was so persistent and pushy about the sauce they had to offer. Another clear cut reminder as to why I don't normally eat from shady places like this. Do yourself and your stomach a favour, save your money and buy elsewhere.
These guys dont disappoint, food always on point. My favourite is the mixed donner and fries, the guys do an amazing combination with some extra spices added on, making this unique and addictive meal one of my favourites.
Staff member serving was extremely rude and dismissive from the get go. Ordered a meal from the menu with a price clearly stated. Asked to pay with card and he didn't say the price, asked to see the card reader and after reluctantly showing me it was 50p more than stated. When challenging this he said its 50p for card payments, reminded him this is illegal and he refused to let me pay the correct price. Abandoned my order in the end on principle. After seeing other reviews its clear they are relying on people being too drunk not to challenge the extra charges they add on.
In Birmingham for the weekend Hard to find a place to deliver to hotels but this place was spot on great food and good size nice customer service too!
The foods are good with very competitive prices, I prefer this restaurant than similar fast-food ones nearby. The service speed is okay, but the staff is a bit cold. There will be a 50p extra charge if paid by cards.
Bought 2 double cheese burgers and large fries and recieved 2 single burgers and xtra small fries . Apparently double cheese burger is " 2 slices of cheese". Not worth money ! Was vile anyway
I dont want to give them a star, they dont deserve it, i ordered food preordered as delivery is at 4pm i still not recieved my food as i type this and its 5.43. I have never ever waited this long to get my food. I dont care about the money refunded i wanted to eat and i am requesting nobody uses foodhub. The food place is great but foodhub have let down big max grill.
The driver gave my order to someone else as he did not confirm my name and gave my order to someone named "Laura",as he told me, when my order was under "N N". He called me telling me he would go to the restaurant and get it back however he lied to the restaurant stating that he delivered the order. The restaurant was really rude and after I explained the situation, they refused to send another order and kept interrupting me and lying about what was stated on the phone. The customer service from both the driver and the shop was really poor as they stole my money. I do not recommend ordering from them as they are rude and do not care. It's simple... Read the name on the receipt, I did not order under that name. I have not received a refund.
