Absolutely excellent food at Prezzo Harrow. Mine and my partners dish were cooked brilliantly and full of flavour. Food was served piping hot, the pasta sauce tasted rich and authentic, the pizza had a good amount of toppings and a nice crispy base. Portions were generous and ingredients tasted high quality. This is easily some of the most excellent Italian food in the area and a place I’d return purely for the food alone!

We visit Prezzo regularly and have seen recent deterioration, but have stayed loyal despite this. We received details of the new years eve menu, and decided to visit for a new years eve meal. The advertising included a set menu and details including 'count down to midnight with us'. I have kept evidence of this. We booked a table for 20.30 thinking we could enjoy a leisurely meal before midnight. At no point on booking were we told there was a time limit -I have evidence of this also. On arriving, our first greeting was being told abruptly (rather than a warm welcome) that the kitchen was closing at 21.00 (so within 30 minutes) and we had to leave shortly after! Why were we not told of this before? This meant our meal was very rushed and calamari was not available even though on the set menu. The whole experience was rushed and we had to leave by 22.00, so after spending Β£60 + for a substandard experience we were left feeling cheated and like an inconvenience. The waiting staff did their best but a huge amount of dirty crockery was left on the bar area surfaces (I have a photo of this) which was not pleasant (or hygienic) when trying to enjoy a meal. Please don't use the excuse that St Georges Prezzo closes at 22.30 or so usually-we presumed due to new years eve and promises of 'count down to midnight' that opening times we extended.

We had a lovely time at Prezzo this evening. As a large group with 3 small children we were accommodated to attentively by the lovely Valentina. She helped us thoroughly with our multiple allergy requests and menu changes offering us great alternative options with great patience. We were checked on multiple times and we thoroughly enjoyed our food. The Calzone was well sized, filled with lots of meat and flavoured well. All of the children’s food was fresh, good sized bowls of pasta, one had the cheese pizza and loved it. The vegan gluten free pasta bolognaise was really tasty as was the creamy chicken and mushroom rigatoni. The king prawn pasta was well flavoured and had a light kick. All food very fresh, hot, seasoned well and authentic. Well done to the chefs. Despite the restaurant becoming busier and busier, the service was great and the food came out in good time. The best Prezzo I have been to and I really hope they stay open.

We had a lovely dinner at Prezzo Harrow! The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere – clean, open, and spacious – which makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The pastas were absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The service was excellent too – special thanks to our waitress Elise, who was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The best calzone I’ve had in the U.K. The food is made very well and served with the best of care. Fabio is brilliant. Fabio greeted me with warmth and Italian affection. Shook my hand and kindly showed me to my table. He offered me a drink of my choice and gave me the depth and breath to choose my meal. Diona has a wonderful warm welcome with a sensational smile. A service that can warm any heart. Diona took very good care of us and made every effort to make us feel comfortable. Topped us up with refreshments and gave us condiments without asking. That’s superb care. Had the best calzone! Loved it. The staff here are kind and everyone is friendly and offers a warm smile to you.

As always, the service is amazing, but today they went above and beyond, specially the gentleman that seated us (I think his name is Frank). Firstly we arrived around 8 PM with no reservation (I know, big mistake considering which day is today, we went expecting the chance to have to eat somewhere else), and even though the restaurant was fully booked he still went the extra mile to find us a place. While waiting for our drinks and food I noticed how busy it was, how all the staff was almost running around without a chance to stop, and still everyone was friendly and professional. This deserves a huge appreciation for all the team. While waiting for our food I realised that probably a lot of people will be coming with flowers, which I am extremely allergic to (actually I realised when a couple came in with flowers). Again, this lovely gentleman took the challenge to have that in mind when seating other people around us (which I know it's a big inconvenience and I felt so awful for putting them in that position). I can't say how grateful I am for being able to have the chance to enjoy dinner without worrying about that. Food was amazing like always, our server was more than amazing. 10/10

Got a Take-away. Pizza, Burger and there New Lobster Ravioli. Well to say I was disappointed is an understatement. All the food was cold on delivery. Even if you don’t deliver the food ur responsibility is to make sure I get it hot. Not the delivery company. Ravioli 5 pieces for Β£17.50 ridiculous. Pizza well. Not nice. I definitely won’t be going near Prezzo again.

Overall, amazing food, amazing customer service, amazing everything! The last time i went to a Prezzo was in Bournemouth and i was obsessed with it, this time round it blew my socks off even more! This restuarant is suitable for you if you are muslim, and look to only eat halal food, as there are halal options. The chef has garunteed to us that no wine or nothing gets mixed, and everything is cooked on seperate pans, and fresh dishes. I went with my partner and we both got a spaghetti and king prawn dish, and a triple chocolate tart. Oh my the spaghetti and king prawns were to die for! Beautiful prawn to pasta ratio, amazing tomato sauce with chilli laid on top to allow the customer to choose whether they want anymore spice to the dish or not, I think it tasted amazing with that little crunch and chilli to it, Pasta was a 10/10 for me! The chocolate tart was a whole other experience, I’m never really a fan of chocolate tarts, i always assume they’ll be rich and chocolatey and way too much to eat. But this one, wow oh wow, the different level of textures, the asthetic, the crunch, the freshness of the rasberry, and the soft texture of the mouse, It was by far one of my favourite dessert experience I have had in a long time, amazing work! The cranberry juice was also really nice, and cold- just to mention Will defo recommend everyone to come here and try these two dishes, if not the pasta definitely the dessert, brilliant!

Lovely lovely experience. The restaurant was suuuper busy but staff were still very welcoming, attentive, proactive and accomodating. And I was also pleasantly surprised with how quickly the food came. I also really liked the vibe of the place, very family-friendly Literally my only negative was the balsamic onions which were on the garlic bread and on the pizza. I wasn't expecting them to be sweet so that was a bit of a negative for me. But all in all a very pleasant and enjoyable time.

Decent Italian restaurant for some pizzas/pastas. Freshly baked breads are nice. Β£10-15 for mains and starters around Β£5-7. And super service always.
