   Food is good, but I didn't recieve what I ordered and when I challenged I was made to seem as though I didn't know what I was talking about. There has been times when we have ordered delivery but some items didn't arrive the first time.

   I ordered from this place tonight. The delivery driver was lovely. As for the duck and the chops wow. Like they were cooked about 3 days ago. Absolutely fuming

   Great food need to sort out delivery time rang up at 7pm got told got told would be 9pm delivery was ok with that rang up at 9.15pm said was on it's way arrived at 10pm only 5mins away from shop

   Waited 3 hours for delivery then ended up calling them to cancel. Every time I rang to see where our order was I was constantly lied to. It'll be 20 minutes... It'll be 30 minutes. Got 10% off order when I said I refuse to pay full price. But wasn't needed as it never arrived. Used to be the only Chinese I go to but no longer. I refuse to be their customer anymore!

   Used to be the best Chinese takeaway in the area by far, but since changing hands he quality of food has decended to the lowest level and prices have gone up in some cases by 20% or more. Yesterday I had Chicken and Mushroom and my wife had Roast Chicken and Chips with Gravy. The roast chicken was really dry and the chips were awful and my Chicken with Mushroom was in a soggy mess of watery fluids and tasteless. I've been buying from this takeaway for the last 8 years and prior to changing hands, I never had any cause to complain. The food was always fantastic, but not now and I won't be using them again. Delivery was also bad. I was quoted 45mins to an hour, but it was almost one and a half hours before it arrived on just a 3 mile journey. Bye Bye Top Chef House and good riddance
