    Thought id try this Chinese for the first time, it was fast and the delivery man was lovely but the food is terrible! It all taste of oil it was so greasy my lips look and feel shiny, all the dishes tasted the same..pure oil. I love a good spring roll but there was two tiny bits of pork and all the rest was cabbage so that was also very disappointing!! Yet again after eating the roll my fingers were covered in oil..I will add a picture of all the insides of the spring roll. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again but this is the risk you take trying new places.

    This is a takeaway Chinese that offers great food. I'll be honest and say don't judge a book by its cover as the takeaway could do with spending some money on a face lift and do some basic maintenance. I'm not buying the looks and that's why I still get my Chinese from here. The foods GREAT

    First time trying New Diamond. Worst Chinese we've ever had. Spent £50.00 just to throw it in the bin, it was so dry and tasteless. Never again!!¡!!!

    Great food, always up to standard. But a big thank you to the lovely young lady who answers the phone at the weekend. She is always so lovely, a credit to the business. I can't fault the delivery drivers too.

    We have been coming here off and on over the years and am afraid it's gone down hill and the prices have shot up a lot! Over one year we noticed menu changed 3 times! No prawn crackers over a decent amount spent either. Special/Thai rice just looks like rice and no meat! They going through war or something? Why so tight on something I have to pay more on ? Certain dishes we have had are plain or no flavour at all. Sorry for the food to pricing just doesn't justify it anymore. We be moving on to something else. Four star service was only because the delivery driver was English and quite fair with the conversation we had over what's going off. Actually nice to talk to someone with a understanding.

    Egg fried rice in clumps, got told it's because it's late at night, and the rice is sticky. Oh so I pay good money for my food and you can't cook it right. And she was laughing when she gave her feeble excuse.

During the lock down I tried else where once as they were closed and no other place will ever beat the amazing service, food and prices New Diamond have to offer.
