   Food very dry and clearly 2/3 days old and reheated. It was too chewy, inedible, the whole order went in the bin. Starter the same and ribs burnt black!

   Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered food and was charged for it, and after calling for an update 1hr and 40mins later I was told they could no longer find the order, and could not issue a refund. After explaining 3 times that I had been charged and after being screamed at down the phone by the owner who just said it was tough and if I wanted any money back I would have to drive to them, I spoke to FoodHub and a refund was initiated within 30seconds, and I was told the shop had received and accepted the order. A complete lack of integrity. After having used this takeaway for the 3yrs I have lived in Sheffield, I will never return. I have never been treated with less respect.

   Ordered from here as my usual one was closed. Big mistake, ordered salt & pepper chips, basically chips what have been fried about 4 times, dry & tasteless for £3.90! Chicken chow mien is slimes & it tastes like quorn, not chicken. Never again. Use a different Chinese takeaway.
