   We ordered king prawn chow mein, chicken balls, satay veg and salt and pepper tofu. My partner’s chow mein and chicken balls were great but my tofu had a bit of an odd taste and was soft and squidgy (I have always had it crispy before). My veg sauce definitely wasn’t satay and had a very bland oily taste. Think for any vegetarians or vegans looking to order from here, maybe clarify depending on your preferences or ask recommendations… The service was great though and really decent prices.

   Best Chinese take away I’ve found for a long time. Excellent food and insanely quick at delivery. Food is very hot on arrival and drivers are always really friendly. Good portion sizes too. We’ve ordered Chinese from here for the last 3 times.

   Broke down near hing lung, called in for some food and was bang tasty. Food was piping hot, tasty and plenty of it. Old school Chinese brilliant. If I'm ever out this was again I'll be calling in. Cash only was the only down side.

   Everything you would want in a local Chinese takeaway. All the classic Chinese takeaway dishes done well as well as a few speciality ones. Great portions and came out piping hot. Cash only - totally fine with me, just don't get caught out.

   PLEASE DON'T EVER CONSIDER THIS 'PLACE'. Now I understand there's people out there that 'say' things are bad, with little consideration for the bad and often unnecessary bad press or false information... However... I work all over the country... And Chinese is my 'go to takeaway'... This is, by not even close, THE WORST THING EVER TO COME CLOSE TO MY PLATE... TO SAY IT WAS BAD IS A MASSIVE UNDERSTATEMENT. IF I HAD MORE TIME ON MY HANDS I WOULD OF RAMMED IT BACK AT THEM. HORRIFIC... HORRENDOUS..NOT EVEN THAT GOOD..

   Been to Hing Lung on Sharrow vale road many times and thought to review it today. I ordered the house special chow mein, battered king prawn with sweet and sour sauce, shredded chilli beef and tofu with vegetable. The lovely lady also gave some free prawn crackers. In all came to around £20 and for the amount of food we got as well as it being fresh and tasty, I would definitely recommend and I look forward to coming back again. Thank you!

   Great old school Chinese takeaway, really tasty food at nice low prices. Especially recommend the huge spring rolls! Lady behind the counter is really friendly and often throws in a free bag of prawn crackers.

   Great find. It was like walking back in time to a Chinese takeaway from 40 years ago...But in a good way. We got half rice/ half chips with sweet and sour sauce, bbw spare ribs and 2 Chip Butty's. Only can't to £11. All the meals were around £2 cheaper than where we live. Would use again when back in the area.
