Not sure about this company... Got an agreed online price to sell two mobile phones, printed their own postage label as instructed, sent the parcel. It was returned three days later by Royal Mail as 'refused' and 'addressee gone away'. Emailed them to find out what's going on, but to date, no response. Disappointing....
