I was here the night this opened in early 80s. So we went back for old times sake. No disappointment except kitchen closed at 9pm on a Sunday and it is listed at 930. So couple of us couldn't have the desired desserts. Service was great.
We’re huge fans of the PizzaExpress in East Sheen — it’s our go-to spot every Sunday! The pizzas are always delicious, but what really makes it special is the wonderful service. Gangadhar, who’s there every Sunday, looks after us so well and always remembers our favourite drinks. He’s consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and we always leave feeling genuinely cared for. All the staff are fantastic, so well done PizzaExpress! I just wish every branch offered the same level of service. Thank you, Gangadhar — we look forward to seeing you again soon!

I visited Pizza Express in East Sheen recently, and overall, it was a solid dining experience. We started with the classic Dough Balls – always a winner – soft and warm, with plenty of garlic butter. For mains, I went with the American, which had a nice kick and crispy thin crust. The service was friendly and fairly quick. The Staff were attentive and child friendly. My kids enjoyed the Piccolo menu. I would surely go back – especially with their seasonal offers and kids eat free deals.

This is terrible restaurant. Last two orders have been inedible. Burnt last time. Undercooked dough mess this time with a missing item. Avoid at all costs. Much better local options.
The food was nice but the service was poor tonight. The staff used to be so attentive here in the past, but unfortunately it seems to have changed now. No warm plates, had to cut our own pizza, no salad dressing on the salad (had to ask for more) had to fetch our own pepper and extra plate and no thank you or goodbye on our way out. Disappointed and won't be returning for a while. It's a shame as this place used to be great.
Came here for pizza-making for our daughter's birthday party. The kids made their own pizzas, (PE provided the bases which the children then topped off with their chosen toppings). Pedro managed the party brilliantly and he and the team were very attentive. All the children enjoyed the pizzas and the games and had a great time. Strongly recommend.
We came to Pizza Express for lunch today. We booked ahead. The place was empty and thought it was closed. We were welcomed to the restaurant and seated straight away. The food came fast once we ordered and the quality was great. 3 courses for ⁴ people. I would recommend to all.
