As two Italians looking for a good Italian restaurant near Kensington Gardens, we decided to try Bizzarro. We were welcomed cheerfully by the staff and the location is classical and cozy. The lasagna was huge and very good, and our experience was great until the moment we received the bill. It’s unacceptable and unfair to write a certain price in the menu and make clients pay more without telling (as you can see in our receipt and their menu). 1£ for each course is nothing, I know, but why do they ask to pay more than the public menu remains a mystery and a real SCAM. They should be more honest and clear with clients, because food and service was overall good.

I trued their alio olio it was perfectly cooked but it lacks some creaminess. It was a bit dry. A 9/10 steak! And an average lasagna. The place is packed, we had to wait for 10mins for a table of 2. Nice and super friendly staff. Would I visit again? Probably not.

A very nice dining experience - good are above avg standard and served very quick. Simple decorations but clean and tiny. Pet friendly, we brought a dog alone and got a table along the street. Affordable price, probably the most value for money Italian restaurant in London .

Italian food made with love and care. Staff are friendly, polite, always checking if everything is OK. Restaurant was very busy, lots of people in and out after their meal. The restaurant uses fish cutlery for fish, most of the places I go do not use any more. Fish was delicious (sole) Chicken with spinach and ricotta was also very good. Limoncello at the end of our meal. Excellent.

Good quality Italian food, but the service made this place memorably outstanding. Ivan was the most wonderful server — friendly and nice, explaining the variety of dishes, helping us make the best choices, showing us how to make some of the dishes better with the toppings, and even chatting with us about where to go in Italy. Lamb chops and veal were super tender. Chicken piccata was perfectly breaded. The lemon dessert was probably my favorite but though — and I’m not usually a huge dessert person. I would come back just for that.

Probably one of the best Italian restaurants in London. Food is great, love their pizzas, staff is friendly (although sometimes very busy) and prices are not bad. Great when not too busy.

Great Italian experience in the city. There was a line out the door but we had been lucky to make a reservation ahead of time. They serve bread, antipasta, soup, salads, pasta dishes, veal, chicken and more. The mozzarella salad and antipasta were fantastic. The prosciutto fettuccine with mushrooms was good but not great. It lacked a little bit of sauce. Wine selection was good as well. Overall great experience and would go back!

Service/hospitality: ☆☆☆ The waiters were very friendly. However, I rated it 3 stars because we waited for a very long time before we were entertained and were given a table. Not to mention that we have also waited for a long time before food was served. Highly recommend to reserve a table in advance. Food: depends on what you order. The seafood spaghetti was a disappointment but the carbonara was great. The seafood platter was also quite good. I would highly recommend their garlic bread as a starter as well. Environment: ☆☆☆☆ great interior design with mirrors that create illusionary large space. But it is too crowded and a little small in considering the amount of occupants.
