   Had some bad chineses since moving to Bolton but this is the worst. Never ordered it cause it seems expensive but Deliveroo have a weekend offer on at the moment. We ordered salt and pepper chicken, chilli chicken, salt and pepper chips, egg fried rice and curry sauce. Salt and pepper chicken had that angin chicken flavour when you accidentally microwave it too long, chilli chicken was horrible, curry was powdery and not like normal Chinese curry, chips and rice were alright but not much salt and pepper flavour. Not sure how the food can be so bad from a restaurant

   Amazing food and brilliant service at Abacus in Middlebrook! The staff are welcoming, the atmosphere is lovely, and the dishes are full of flavour with generous portions. Highly recommend for a meal out with family or friends! OK pork chops is a must have!

   A wonderful surprise! I didn’t expect to find such amazing Chinese food in one of my favorite shopping parks. The Shuizhu Beef was incredibly authentic, my daughter loved the red curry, and the Singapore noodles were honestly the best and most authentic I’ve had in the UK. We’ll definitely be back again—next time for the Cantonese dim sum!

   Had a lovely 3 course meal here this evening, the food is on another level compared to take-away, the service was great and staff were friendly, was expecting the 10% service charge as per other reviews but it's only on groups of 5 or more according to the menu.

   Wanted something quick and simple before the movie. As always, the staff at abacus were super efficient and the food was a good as always. Healthy portion with super quick service, I'd highly recommend popping in next time you're looking for something to eat at middlebrook.

   I have both eaten in and ordered takeaway. The quality of food is the best around, its restaurant quality Chinese rather than takeaway quality. You pay for the quality. Portion sizes slightly smaller than takeaway Chinese but double the taste so its not an issue. Staff are always friendly and it's a nice atmosphere. Always great to go and watch a film next door at Vue before or after.
