   Avoid this place!! I took my phone here a while back to get my phone screen mended and it is clear that they did a terrible job repairing it. I did not really have any issues with my phone screen until a few days ago when my screen became loose and I had the ability to move it from side to side. After taking it to a different, reputable tech shop today, they were shocked, and told me it had been very poorly repaired and they had used loads of super glue to stick the screen down, which made it more difficult to repair it properly today. This place was also very pushy and told me to leave them a five star review before leaving the shop, which is another reason for me leaving this one star rating. If you want a quality repair then please go elsewhere!! Not recommended.

   Don’t believe any good reviews on here they’re all fake! So many people had the same issue I faced so it’s a common practice for these scammers I took my phone here for a simple screen replacement. The phone was fully working when I handed it over with no faults other than a cracked screen, which they inspected themselves and confirmed. After repeatedly missing their own repair deadline, I was eventually told that while attempting the screen repair, the phone was overheating and the phone would no longer turn on at all. After 3 full weeks they finally gave the phone back to me but the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and any cellular connection no longer works, and they didn’t even fix the cracked screen! Despite the phone being returned to me in a worse condition than when I gave it to them, they refused to take responsibility. The guy in the shop told me they’re no liable for any damages to the phone and refused to issue a full refund. I told the guy to call his manager and he said ‘He’s not authorised to do that and a customer is not allowed to speak to a manager’! He then told me to contact customer service number which is the number on the google page and after 4 straight days there was no answer I urge anyone to try and call their phone number and see if you get a response. I never take the time to write reviews even after a bad experience because I just think oh well and move on. But this store, never in my life have I ever experienced such backwards and shady business practice In summary I paid them £145 to fix my cracked screen. They gave me the phone back after 3 weeks, with the same cracked screen and in an unusable condition as it no longer connects to anything. They only gave me £75 refund and said there’s nothing else he could do. Words couldn’t describe how angry I was. Scummy scammers.

   Please don't use this place. Was quoted £200 for a replacement screen for a Samsung, a week later price had gone up to £250. After picking the phone up it didn't work and upon taking it back was told it was working beforehand even though it was still in wrapping. After a week they told me it won't work as it had a USA processor in it which they would replace for an additional £70. I said no and a full refund was agreed over the phone. When going to collect my phone and refund they insisted on a £45 deduction. Refused to give a copy of the invoice. It's a racket, don't use them and check validity of 5* reviews, they're not genuine.

   Absolute con artists. I paid £75 for a screen replacement, but after a few weeks some of the LED’s in the screen started to go blank. I took it in as they said it has a warranty. They said this isn’t covered as I must have dropped it! I know I haven’t dropped it and now more LED’s are going out every day. Don’t use this shop their screens don’t last and they won’t help you!

   Had my iPhone 13 screen replaced but made the phone unusable due to the screen being incompatible with the phone. Went in to solve the problem to end up leaving the shop with no issues being resolved. I’ve had screens replaced before and never had this problem. Complete rip off, will NOT be using these services again.
