   We have been coming here for years but had such a great experience today we couldn’t not leave a review. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly to us and our toddler. Dani and Christopher in particular were attentive and kind and made our little one smile lots. Thank you!

   Firstly these guys were absolutely awesome!! From the moment we entered the restaurant we were made to feel special! Natalie, Simon, Lokesh and the team are a credit to Nando’s. They demonstrated customer service and appreciation the highest level! We will be back for food again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   First meal in Harrogate(haven’t eaten in 8hours so famished)I chosed nandos. The food is super delicious, the staff here is super friendly and helpful, food+service=high quality restaurant, that’s what keeps nandos always top of my list.

   Absolutely amazing, our server Christopher was an absolute delight and was so sweet. Put a smile on both me n my dads face. They were on top of asking about allergies and the like. The food was perfect and came so fast. I absolutely recommend this nandos to anyone whos in the area ♥️♥️♥️

   Was very disappointed with the whole experience. From walking in we were just left to stand there. Staff walked past us but no acknowledgement. Eventually we got served and seated. We spent 10 minutes choosing our food and then I went to the bar to order. Only to be told they were out of thighs. Not good for a place that specialises in chicken, and a lot of the dishes are based on thighs.Back to the table to choose again. Would have been useful to know they were out of some items before we sat down. The staff just seemed disinterested in serving us. Would I go back to nandos? Never.

   Jack the manager was fantastic. The food was limited but went out of his way to help us and left us feeling very happy customers. Jack was fantastic in the Harrogate branch, warm and welcoming with fantastic customer service. Lovely gentlemen and if you’re a visitor jack will sort you out and help if you’re in need.

   Called in with family after a trip to nearby Mother Shiptons and we had a great time. The app was a bit of a pain to use but once we got this sorted out, everything was lovely. The food arrived quickly enough,the staff were lovely and helpful... the only issue we had was no toilet roll in the toilet. This was a disabled toilet and other customers may not have had assistance with them to get staff to fetch a new roll. This definitely needs to be checked more frequently. Overall it was nice worth a minor blip. We'll worth a visit.

   Ended up visiting this venue on 3 occasions during my stay in Harrogate! I can only say I had a good experience all 3 times with different staff on shift The service was friendly, attentive and they were generally welcoming. The food is pretty much standard all round but I'll say the food always came hot and we didn't wait long . Will happily visit again if I'm ever back on the area!
