   I would give this a 5 star ranking mainly because we were hungry and couldn’t find any restaurant around the neighbourhood. Found this place and went in. I was surprised by the quality of food served. Delicious indeed and really top notch! Would come back in the future.

   Very simple, I can make much better at home. Small pasta- expensive. Desert - disgusting and so small for £9. Better go to Tesco and get a tub of ice cream. Do not believe 5star rating, its a lie.

   Excellent food every time and the staff are impeccably kind and a joy to chat to despite how busy they get. The food is freshly made and you can taste it, it's truly a favourite of mine and my partner. We take all our good friends here as an easy no brainer for good vibes and incredibly good food - it's our only Italian staple because no other Tuscan Italians do it as good as Il Toscano! A true gem in Wapping and East London! Jorge is truly a delight during every visit!

   Dropped in unannounced for lunch on a Saturday and had the best Italian meal in a very long time! The pizza was unreal and the fresh pasta is just delicious. Service was outstanding, friendly and efficient. Hidden gem it seems. Highly recommend

   I’ll be very honest, my friend and I couldn’t get a booking elsewhere tonight so we decided to try out Il Toscano 1. We were completely blown away by the freshly homemade egg pasta with prawns, tomato, garlic and sweet chilli. As someone who’s just come back from a two week trip in Italy, I can tell you that this taglierini is incredible. We also had the fried seafood for two which was delicious but the portion size was too big for us…I’m not complaining as I took it home and the boyfriend enjoyed it very much. This place was a very unexpected surprise and I cannot wait to go back and try the pappardelle with duck ragu. Additionally the service was impeccable and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend you try this place!

   We have eaten at Il Toscana three times now and have been incredibly pleased on all occasions. The food is very good with generous portions and well cooked. The last time we went there was last Sunday and whilst they had run out of dough for pizza bread at least we know it’s made fresh! The best thing, however, has been the staff. George is a simply excellent host and goes out of his way to make the experience memorable and pleasurable and is a credit to his business. We will certainly be back many more times!

   Incredible exploration of the delights of Il Toscano 1 tonight in Wapping. Genuinely can't think of a better Italian dining experience I've had outside of Italy. The Duck Ragu is one of the best dishes I've had, can't recommend enough. Service 10, food 10, price 10 (for the quality it's very reasonable). 10s 10s 10s across the board.
