We ordered the Shah Platter through Deliveroo, and as always, the food was delicious and the portion size was more than enough for two people. However, I was quite disappointed with the change in service. In the past, Colbeh always included bread and dips with their large platters. For a £50 (without the delivery) order, receiving just meat and rice with no sauces or sides felt quite stingy, especially for such a well-established restaurant. Even local takeaways usually provide sauces. We ended up having to use yogurt from our own fridge just to enjoy the meal. It's a shame because the quality of the meat is excellent, but the lack of basic accompaniments really let the experience down.

Fantastic Persian restaurant - a must-visit. The food is spot-on and good for vegetarians and vegans, service was excellent, and the interior is gorgeous. Thank you so much to Colbeh for providing a seamless staff dinner experience for our team, and many of us commented that we will be back again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Pretty good place ! The service could have been a bit better. The waiter was new to the job and forgot to place my order after taking it. So I had to wait a bit longer to get the food. I was duly compensated for the time with a nice starter. The parking needs to be validated upon entry and there is a good number of spots available even on a busy day. Taste of food was good. Nothing exceptional but it is one of the places that staus in the memory for long

This Persian restaurant serves delicious, authentic dishes we ordered some juicy kebabs, fragrant stews, and saffron rice. The atmosphere is warm, the interiors are really nice, and I really enjoyed both the vibe and the food.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The dishes were extremely tasty and fresh - everything tasted amazing. And the bread - absolutely fantastic! The food alone would make it worth a visit, but the company made it even more special. Highly recommended!

Amazing as always! Succulent! Nothing else can compare! It’s always a must! If you enjoy something a bit sour, ask for a portion of barberry with your meal! Persian tea can be a touch bitter, so don’t forget to add sugar.

This was a revelation for me. We were served by Sani and she did an awesome job while making it look effortlessly. We got appetizers, soup and a main dish. I tried all the things on the table and unfortunately that left me with no room for the deserts. This can easily be a downside for them, the food is so good you just have to have it all leaving you with little to no space for anything else. Another downside is that my wife missed this trip and I had to explain her the tastefulness of the food, the rich flavours. Same as I am trying to explain for all you here. This will be one of my best food experiences, along with the Mediterranean food.

What a gem! Visited after a day at the Botanical Gardens. It's only a short walk away, less than a 10 minute stroll. We booked a table in advance but arrived early. We were greeted and seated quickly, with an option of sitting inside or outside. We chose to sit inside. The outside area looked good though and the team have done a great job sectioning it off from the busy road. Inside the restaurant is well decorated, with textured walls, lovely artwork and the coloured glass on the walls is sleekly lit and gives the restaurant an authentic feel. We were well looked after. All the team were friendly, helpful and attentive. After side eyeing other diners plates when we arrived, we knew we weren't going to be disappointed. The food is delicious, presented beautifully and so tasty. Portions were generous and we were kindly provided with a takeout box! That meant I had one happy husband almost skipping out with his 'round 2'! Thank you for a great dinner!

Nice and cosy little restaurant/bar. Food was very delicious, succulent and tasty meat platter, could do with more roast peppers on the platter because it was only two little slices of roast pepper. Nan bread was fresh and tasty too. It is a notch on the pricey side if I compare with other similar places but would definitely go there again because the staff and the atmosphere is exceptional and the food is really fresh and delicious.

Best part of my experience was the hot small plate - naan and some mashed eggplant - super tasty. I wished the waiter informed me a hot plate was good enough for one person because I ended up with so much food on my table and could only do a bit of everything. Overall, great experience.
