Food was all really nice. I had the pollo fritti for my starter, Pinoli pizza for my main and tiramusu for my pudding. Very good service by the friendly staff. Will definitely come again.
Food was alright but I waited 45 minutes for the bill. This is a joke, I’m extremely busy and this is cutting into literally everything I’ve planned. Not eating here again. I’ve asked for the bill twice already and we’re getting ignored. Also pizza express has better pizza. Save your time and go there instead.
Main was over cooked, extremely salty and lacked sauce. Very disappointing. The starters were much better. The customer service was very good and welcoming but the food need improving.
I had dinner tonight with my family at Zizzi Romford. It was the worst choice. On the children's menu, the starter was old and hard, it was a small piece of bread, it was hard, I couldn't taste it either, then my child, the juice from the children's menu was not give to us, was missing,the crayons and the coloring sheet were not give to us. We waited a long time for them to bring us the dessert, I even got up from the table and went to ask about the dessert and when they brought it to us it looked very ugly. I don't think it's a restaurant Tiramisu look. Very unpleasant staff, bad food. We will definitely not return to Zizzi.
Went for our retail at Sunday lunch with my boyfriend and I have to say the Romford branch never fails to bring amazing hospitality! Stephanie the waitress was so kind, chatty and fast! The manager working on the day was also very engaging and had great communication. I come here every Sunday because of the lovely staff, would highly recommend this branch over the other ones. 10/10
As always, Zizzis never fails to please. Good food and friendly service. Summer, our server for the evening, was lovely. She always had a smile on her face & was so accommodating. Always love going for a family meal here.
The service was superb and the dessert was delicious. My wife and I each had the carbonara. Unfortunately it wasn't to our taste.
The garlic bread with balsamic onions is amazing. I like the veggie pizza as well. Foodnos not halal. Only vegetarian options are available.
