    Morrisons Bredbury. Staff unhelpful. No clean knives (had to ask). No vinegar for my fish & chips (had to ask and was told. If there's none there then we haven't got sny but if l check the other empty tables there should be a bottle about somewhere!!! Wouldn't go there again.

    Just have to say katy at the kiosk is one of the loveliest people you could wish to meet. She's kind and polite to absolutely everyone and a credit to her employer. The world is a nicer place with her in it.

    Awful food very dry. Customer service is very poor. The man who brought our food over was very rude and had a unpleasant attitude. They don't know how to do poached eggs it's looks like half boiled and fried eggs. I would avoid like the plague. I was charging my mobile, and he waddled up to my table and told me off for charging my mobile and the sweat from his forehead went into my beans

    Such a worst stuff, all the members are worse behaving. There’s a guy at entrance he was so rude not letting us eat anything. We bought food from morrrisons and eating in cafe even after buying food off the cafe, staff did not let us eat. Worst experience. Worst staff in morrisons cafe. Staff are rude with our kids (08/04/24) . I could give zero stars if I want to.

    Staff were extremely rude. We just got to the cafe and went to order and then a member of staff came over and said we cant wait at the till which we didnt know coz we hadn't been since covid and there was no signs explaining this only for the member of staff to snap at us saying "I just told you it's a 30 minute wait!" Even though she hadn't spoken to us so when we said she hadn't spoken to us she continued to snap at us saying "Alright!" as if we were being rude by explaining that she hadn't spoken to us. All we wanted was a nice breakfast not to be treated like dirt, it's disgusting we were nothing but polite. Would not waste money on someone like that.

    Ordered meat free and was served meat. First staff member wasn't helpful in fact they were arguing with me despite what it said on my receipt! Another staff member intervened and sorted it. Given that meat free products are becoming more convincing, cafes need to be careful to get orders right.

    Love myself a Morrison's breakfast. Now that they have a self ordering till it has really impressed me not only can you see your order but u no longer have to wait in a mile long queue waiting for people to choose if they want extra egg or not. The staff are always really helpful and kind. To top it off it's actually great on price too.
