We bought baklava from here yesterday. One as a gift and one for ourselves, and it was the most delicious baklava ever. We travelled around 45 minutes to find the place. Definitely will come here again.
An actual hidden gem best FRESH baklava place this side of Birmingham my miles.... I would highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed at all. Very good customer service and care given. The prices are extremely reasonable and thr quality is actually top tier and better than pretty much every baklava I've had at restaurants. This guy is amazing and would highly recommend to all.
Although we didn't have the falafel, we dived into the sweets section and that was lovely. Everything looked awesome and the selection we have made was lovely, not too sweet and cooked just right. Thank you
I highly recommend this shop for anyone with a sweet tooth! I always get my sweets from here, and they are absolutely delicious. The shop offers a wide selection of Arabic (Syrian) sweets, including baklava, eish al-bulbul, and more. As a pistachio lover, I find this place to be heaven! You can get a mixed kilo of sweets for just £20, allowing you to choose as much as you want by weight. Their maamoul is also incredible—soft, flavorful, and perfectly made. The hygiene standards are excellent; the shop is always super clean and tidy. Plus, the service is outstanding—professional, kind, and they even offer free samples to taste. The only downside is that they don’t offer delivery. Every time I crave sweets, I have to drive all the way to the shop! Please start a delivery service—it would make life so much easier!
Scrupulously clean shop and very friendly customer service. Top marks. Freshly fried falafel was light and easy to eat. I prefer it with more herbs & spices in the mix and tahini sauce (which surprisingly they don't offer) but it was still pretty good and @£4 for a loaded and filling sandwich, excellent value. I'll be back with my own tahini and green chilli&coriander sauce! The baklava was also very fresh and quite tasty. I shall spread the word!
What a lovely place. I went today just to try it out after my friend's recommendation. I am a big fan of baklawa and this one was really fresh, so delicious. Had even a chance to try it first. Really friendly and welcoming stuff. Definitely will visit again :)

Was waiting at traffic lights across the road when i spotted this shop so parked up and popped in. Tried the kunafa which was very nice and not too sweet, came back a few days later after ordering a fresh kunafa to be made and bought some really tasty baclava. Great spot and really nice and humble owner
Freshly baked baklava and falafel. Shop is realy clean and staff are nice and friendly. Though the falafel was a bit bitter I don't know why. Everything else was good.
